Bgvu3 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bgvu3 ("Platform", "us"). • Bgvu3 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. bgvu3 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• You must notify bgvu3 immediately via live support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• All information provided during registration and the KYC verification process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Bgvu3 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels.

• Accepted deposit methods: FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC.
• Minimum deposit limit: RM20 for most payment methods.
• Deposit processing time: Instant for FPX and eWallets; up to 30 minutes for credit/debit cards.

• The welcome bonus and all other bonus types carry rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• Grounds for suspension or termination include: breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions, fraud or attempted fraud, money laundering activity, bonus abuse, or the use of unauthorised software.
• In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, bgvu3 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances with unfulfilled rollover requirements. Real money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless criminal activity is involved.
• Members may also request to close their own account at any time through bgvu3 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
• Any winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be voided in full.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
